A sample of the fairy-tale "The biggest mystery of Leopold Bumbác, chapter 19" by Jan Budař
"Bumbác knocks at the door of the room number nine. Nobody responses. He presses a handle and it is open surprisingly.
In the hall it is darkness, but close to the room it is on and somebody speaks there, too. He goes farther after the sound of the voices; the dwarf after him. At last he recognizes the words, too. It is not possible! The gravedigger Ivan argues, whispering, with his friend Otmar! Ivan just says: "As it was a deal, your investment and a half of profit".
"You said a half and expenditures to it!" Otmar stopped him.
"What expenditures did you have?"
"Downstairs I poured a bottle of vodka for him to set him back on his feet a little".
"I feel suddenly a pity".
"There are expenditures. You said a half of the win and expenditures".
